He has experience in transactional tax analysis, transaction structuring, tax compliance and tax disputes, including representing clients before administrative and judicial authorities.
His practice combines technical tax knowledge with a financial and corporate approach to the transactions in which he takes part.
Vicente is also active academically as a teaching assistant in the Economic Law Department at the Universidad de Chile Faculty of Law, in the Tax Law course. participando en la cátedra de Derecho Tributario.
Before joining MBE Abogados, he worked as an associate in the tax practice at other law firms.
